Needed a new Proximus Nano simkaart for my new phone. They just went upstairs, cut my old simcard, and charged 5eur cash. They also didn't do it properly, the card is damaged and changing simcard should be free. They gave no receipt, so always beware when at ARS Overijse, and never pay cash.
